Iirc there is a browser plugin that takes rss feeds as input and uses that to make pseudorandom search queries to make it harder for the search engine to identify your "real" searches.
You seem to want protection against someone with access to your search history, so my best recommendation would be to either deactivate the history or to clear the last few minutes/hours after searching for porn.
