Recommend me a good 16GB (4x4GB) RAM kit, or tell me which of these two 8GB kits I should buy two of:
goo dot gl slash Qbrnjo
goo dot gl slash kLF6oV
Do I buy two of one of those kits for $60 or one 16GB kit for ~$80?
Also, general hardware requests.

Never heard of Kleev. I'd pick G-SKILL but only because it's a more heard-of brand.

DDR3-2400 RAM is mostly a gimmick, your gains are marginal (1%) if you use it. See http://techbuyersguru.com/does-ram-speed-matter-ddr3-1600-vs-1866-2133-and-2400-games
