Most text in my computer's been corrupted. I'll post more screens if necessary but this is a mess. The control panel's all fucked up as well and I haven't found a fix anywhere online (Windows 8.1).

Either you messed up your font files, some application set a strange font as the system default or your HDD is corrupted
