If you play older titles then yes. Modern gpu architecture is highly cpu dependantand at high details/res cpu clock does matter. There are also game engines highly cpu dependant (more than GPU). So no, i disagree with bottlenecking being a meme

If I were you I would just pirate an OS and use a cable instead of a network adapter, but other than that very solid build OP.

Your network card will actually perform worse than the one on the motherboard.

The built-in one is a PCIe 1x Realtek card. Realtek is perfectly okay.

PCI has less than a gigabit of usable bandwidth, so your PCI network card won't be able to do gigabit at full speed.
