hey /wsr/ i need a pc!. I'm really new to the pc scene and i know literally nothing about building a pc or what parts are better then others, so it would be nice if you guys could help me out. btw ithe budget doesnt include a monitor or desk or anything like that so if you guys could help that would be awesome!

im also thinking of getting a mini itx or something small so that its semi portable, and the sort of games i want to play are mainly racing games, hoping to push at least 50fps
