also right click and go to properties, and see if sub region is on, if it is, turn it off

none of the sizing effects did anything besides moving it up, and i am on game capture cause its full screen so no sub region, pic related

only other thing i can think of is to delete the source and make it again. (just the game capture)
if that doesnt work im fresh out of ideas.
