Does someone know of any websites, or video games where I could actually get to know people? I've done so on Skype with games in the past years and it seems I just can't anymore, everyone accuses me of DDoSing, or they just don't have one. I'm 19 and super into anime.
I have a low budget PC, and I can't pay for any games since I can't even afford cable. I'm looking for games/sites where people are usually 14-25.

I used to go on Maplestory private servers.
The real one is rather boring imo, the classic one was way better. Private servers usually have closely-knit communities so it's nice to play in small groups of >1000 so you know a lot of people. Made a lot of friends there.
I met a lot of people on osu! back in the day when I still played, still talk to some of them to this day.
Keep in mind that most of them are autistic to some degree.

Do you play dota any? I only have one internet friend I can talk about anime with and he doesn't watch seasonal.

Dota 2 is free and has highly scalable graphics. I don't mind playing with new people if you want to give it a shot. It basically just requires a steam account which is free.
