So I am currently looking to build a new rig for the purpose of music production
This is not a gaming computer
My budget for this is around $1500 and the looks of the parts inside don't
Right now my requirements are
fast cpu for generators
high ram capacity for sample libraries, 32 GB is probably enough
quiet fans, I'll also be getting a fan controller to help with this
no HDD
current parts that I have already decided on
Thermaltake Suppressor F31 ATX Mid Tower Case
EVGA SuperNOVA GS 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
RX4380, probably not 8GB version but we will see, as I might upgrade my monitors soon after this build
further questions
Would an m.2 SSD be worth getting over a standard sata6?
Would going for the lowest end haswell CPU be a good choice?
dual channel or quad channel ram? does it even matter?

No it just takes time, literally hours in some cases before anyone gives a response. This is the kind of board somebody checks maybe once a day, all you have to do is bump it maybe twice in a 24 hour period and if nobody responds after that then you can give up.
