It's a fairly short /f/lash with looping effects/sound, if this could be looped just make it so it's long enough to fully loop in color/sound so it's seamless?

I first saw this /f/lash sometime around Summer last month here at /f/ board. i've tried resizing the /f/lash for details and gone to swf.chan/4plebs /f/ archive, neither share any info on the music. Does anybody know?
