Does anyone here have any download links for yuru yuri season 2, I would prefer if it was in 720p and doesn't require torrents, being that for some odd reason, it just isn't working,, but nonetheless it would be great if any of you could just help me out here

What torrent client are you using? And what sites are you trying to download from? Some trackers restrict what clients are able to connect to them, like any version of utorrent after 2.2.1 is commonly blocked on trackers that give a damn (but not on, say, piratebay or KAT).
If it's a firewall/proxy issue due to being at university or something then your only hope for BD quality would be IRC, but universities often block IRC too.
