So, took photos for a mate yesterday for when he proposed, only issue is I am a baddie and I have no idea how to use any image editing programs, I was hoping to layer these two images so I could get the city nice and bright, and have them clear also.
I am sure you guys would probably be able to do this in 2 seconds and I got stumped after trying to do it myself.

yeahhhh, may have to be a solution.
I would think there would be a way of getting the non flash, where they are clear(er) and then layering that on top of the no flash so I can get the lights.
