Yup, multiply by 3x + 1.
You get 4=sqrt(x), which, after squaring, becomes x=16

all the better :-) so you can completely ignore the denominator
0*(3x+1) = 4-sqrt(x)
0 = 4-sqrt(x)
sqrt(x) = 4
or in other words: x = 4^2
