Why does this crap come up before the actual url?
It doesn't happen very often and it happens on seemingly random sites. I cant find anything about it happening to others, or I just don't know exactly what to search. Please help
That's the server's IP address. It's not "before" the URL, it merely takes place of "whateversite.com".
I think he means everything before "&url=http://whatever"

What website were you trying to go to? Because this doesn't look right.
Either someone is tracking you or they are using it to serve ads.
