Hey guys.I want to know what kind of motherboard do i need to buy for my ASUS R9 380 Strix to run? Pic related.

Pci-e is backwards compatible, and there's a few articles and tests out there showing that pci-e 3.0 isn't a huge leap atm over pci-e 2.0, so literally any board available.

Recently put an R9 390 into my Asus P8P67 pro, which is 5 years old and only has pci-e 2.0, and it runs fine with excellent performance

Found the article I was thinking of:

More than happy for a /g/poster to point out why I'm wrong, but from experience, if you have a board with a pci-e 2.0 or 3.0 x16 slot, and you're just running 1 card, there won't be any issues
