I'm looking for a picture, somewhat often reposted, of a guy who looks like he's from the 80's doing "w" signs, like a gangster, with his hands. He's white, a bit overweight, and looks like a fucking retard and that's what makes the picture funny.

I think he was crouching somewhat. Hair seemed like a flat cut right across his forehead.
His hair was reddish i think. Ugly face, but that's part of why the picture is amusing.
I think his jacket was sleeveless. And I'm not sure if it was a W sign or other gang-signish stuff, but it was a classic white-guy-doing-gangster-shit deal.
Also it looks like a scanned photograph instead of a digital shot.
