I have an issue with my laptop. At random, especially when gaming, it freezes a little and recovers with an alert that says "Application has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware". In a game, the game still runs fine, but with a frozen screen. MY specs are pic related, what do?

You're using a laptop retard. Did you even check if your manufacturer provides any Windows 10 driver downloads? Laptop OS cannot be updated without expecting something not to work.
Go to your laptop manufacturer's website or the graphic card website and look up if there are any driver downloads for your model.
What are your temperatures like? CPU could be throttling to avoid heat damage.
