I GOT IT. After spending an hour going through the various tags on gelbooru for Maid and Brown Hair and Green Eyes I finally got it. It turns out it It wasn't correctly tagged as a Maid but I pinpointed the picture after successfully guessing that the protrusions on top of her head were horns.
