These will probably satisfy your penis. I could give you others, but I haven't watched Another, so I don't exactly know what you want other than how people describe it. And they usually don't have a lot of nice things to say. Most of those recommendations seem pretty spot-on though.

I was going to suggest Higurashi, and it's the top pick on that page, so I'd say those picks are reasonable. Higurashi doesn't have quite the same atmosphere of "dread" that Another has, but it's still good. The first few episodes are epic. It doesn't have a Misaki but it does have Rena so it balances out.

You could also check out the Another novel, it's professionally translated into English and it's pretty good.
