a) four months and needing every single value anyway makes it not worth the trouble of working with proper annuities. just go through each four periods. 250,000*1.005-1,500=249,750 after 1 month. 249,750*1,005-1,500= etc etc

b) yes. because 1,500 payment > 0.5% of 250k
c) no. because 1,200 payment < 1,250

Thank you for a better explanation, I found it weird how u divide it by 100 but the interest tells u to increase the amount which i didn't know

Percent literally means per hundred- thats why it was divided by 100. Probably the easiest way to learn.
