Any way to fix these broken mp3 files?

I downloaded a 10-track Elvis album, but only 2 of them play in VLC. I tried re-encoding them but the program i use (LameXP) won't load them.
Can someone take a look at these 8 tracks and tell me if there is anything I can do to fix them? The filesizes seem to indicate the tracks are still somewhat intact..

why don't you just re-download the album?

If it were full of eighty-threes, would you expect the filesize to be zero?
If not, why would you think zero would be special?

its not empty. all the data is replaced with zeros. theres no valid mp3 data in them.
if redownloading them gives the same result, the upload is screwed up (probably done on purpose to mess with the people downloading it). gonna need to find a different download.
