How could you assume this is from Baka to Test? Baka to Test is animated in 2D. This is 3D.
This is from Tesagure. Finding a decent torrent for it might be rough. I didn't really look that hard though.

I assumed it was because originally I had seen a video that spliced together scenes from Baka to Test and Tesagure, and someone had only told me the title of one of the shows, and I didn't know it was spliced.

Neat, I'll check those out too. I don't exactly know what the comedy's going to be like, it's just that I surprisingly enjoyed the MMD animation in the clips I've seen, so I wanted to watch the full series.
