Good ways to make money online?

I've considered youtube but I don't have a clear subject to do, any suggestions for that?

Just looking for a something I can make a little extra money from on the side

Build a script to make internet bots for Facebook, etc.
Set up a website/service to collect and pool surveys from retail receipts (may also require bots).
Or you could try to find a niche on YouTube. There aren't a lot of swing dance tutorials on there yet.
