So my parents computer keeps coming onto this screen whenever booting up. It just keeps running until the screen goes completely black and stays that way until you turn it off. Upon turning it on again it comes back to this screen and vice versa.

wipe and reinstall and stop going to pirate bay.
Use a Windows Repair disc and see if there are any restore points. If so, try one.
