I would like to start learning to hack or rather the process and how to set up proxies. you know that whole scene. so any links, names of books, tips, videos. anything will help (also im incredibly paranoid to look any of this up on my own)

Don't do anything illegal. Understand your country's laws on computer crime first. Don't fall for some ideology.

i mean windows comes with a proxy option on it.
