See if there are any background programs running.
As a stopgap, make an empty file with that exact file name and location.
Then, check if you or some kind of cleanup program deleted in.

Hey /wsr/, I need to ask a question. Is it possible to build an under $300 gaming PC to run things like Minecraft, CS: GO, and Garry's mod? If so, what is the most balanced and recommended parts to use? I have no problem with building the PC myself, but if there somewhere is one pre-assembled I wouldn't have a problem with buying it. I got robbed last year and my computer was stolen. All I want is a new one to play with my friends on again. Thanks for reading my blog post.

For a budget under $300, you want to avoid pre-builts like the plague. Not only will they have a cheap CPU and GPU at this price point but a cheap motherboard and PSU as well.
You have two options right now, build an FM2+ or AM1 desktop.

I just purchased an Acer PC and when I turn it on it doesn't detect the keyboard, mouse or monitor. It detected the Ethernet cable when I inserted it however. The tower beeps four-six times and shuts down. I looked up the beep codes but none seem to be my issue.

How hard would it be for someone to remove the comb that the middle chicken has thrown and fix the head of the chicken with the gun? Is it easy enough that someone can do it for me or just give me some tips? I don't have photoshop but I have lots of experience with image editing in general.

Pretty easily.
1 - Get the Resynthesize and Heal Selection filters for the Gimp
2 - Select what you wanna delete. In this case, I went well off the edges, because there was some red blurring around the thing.
3 - Use the Heal Selection filter. It's a good idea to do it on a copy of the original layer, to fix stuff later.
4 - Do just that. If anything looks wrong, fix it with the clone tool, with a fuzzy brush.

using the format mentions yielded this: I am getting closer, on the right track...

this tells me that... i should try to leave off cmd=login, because admin is getting thrown there... then i need to remove "admin" from the format as medusa is obviously appending that... if i were to just remove cmd=login it would show username adminadmin next time i run the command.
