I think what makes Rey a mary sue compared to the rest is the plain old simple fact of how the force fucking works.
With Anakin its just the fucking phantom menace the story is shit but the next two movies all his accomplishments make sense he was trained in the fucking force
For Luke, yes he did get dragged in with no experience. at the same time he was with Chewbacca and Han Solo. Two of the best smugglers in the galaxy. hey deal with people shooting at them every day and the fact they lived that long is proof of their skill. Luke had remedial force power training on the way to the death star as well as quick light saber training. Nothing fucking useful but enough for him to know how to advance his skills in the later films on his own with later help from Yoda. The Starfighter is fucking simple why the hell do the Starfighters have droids? Just for some boops and bling sound effects. Its targeting, flying, and navigation remember when Luke said to R2, Set a course for the Dagobah system. Only while in a combat situation does he need to fly but targeting is done by R2. The force is extremely useful in being able to read situations even though he did not have in depth training of any form. he still had the latent ability to do some simple shit such as reading the danger. He did not kill vader, he did not kill the Tie fighters behind him. Han did. Again Han has the fucking skillset for this situation.
When it comes to Rey, It was shown that though she had a fucking staff. She could not use it for shit. She's a scavver all you need to know for that job is what part is what. The millennium falcon fixing bullshit was things that didn't make sense as on jakku the things she scavenged from were different in make and design. Even with Latent force powers unless you have the extreme basic training to draw it out it means nothing. Everyone is connected with the force any random guy can do it if he trained but only if HE TRAINED.

Where as stated it would be almost impossible for her to win.
She was able to prevent herself from being affected by Kylo's force powers a TRAINED FUCKING USER of the force. at the same time of overpowering him and using the same force power on him. While the force power itself is a difficult thing to accomplish as it requires one to use the force to seek out the opposing forces mind and overwhelming it. but that's only if untrained or I you are using the sith version. The Jedi version which Rey used on the Stormtrooper for her release is one of the more finesse orientated force powers involving the force to put subliminal messages within the opposing mind. The fact she got her force powers by DEUS EX MACHINA just further proves the point she is a Mary Sue.

TR-8R best character. In one scene, he managed to convey as much personality as Kylo did in the entire film. We know exactly who he is: loyal to the empire, loves his teammates, hates Finn for being a traitor and killing his friends.
The trouble with Finn is that TR-8R was right. Finn could have escaped on his own; faked his death during a mission and snuck away, or similar. Instead, he breaks a pilot out, steals a plane, shoots a bunch of his squad mates for no reason, and spends the rest of the movie chasing a pretty white girl around when he's not on the run.
Finn is also cowardly, loses a fight to Rey (who had no apparent combat training, unlike Finn), turns out to be a goddamn janitor, is inferior to the white characters in every area where he shows any expertise, and doesn't even have a name until a white friend gives him one. He's basically a stereotypical black sidekick and hyper token, a minority in a lead role who still has no agency in the film. He doesn't even get to rescue Rey or teach her anything; she rescues herself and is self-taught in everything she does.
I have no problem with Boyega's performance; he did what he could with the character. But Finn is a stereotype, an unlikable one with no sense of loyalty, and that's a big part of the reason why TR-8R is so well-liked.
