You'd need that much power in a single amplifier to be able to do that.

We all have been there anon. We didn't see Dallas so the whole Who shot mr. Burns plot was really tense and intriguing, Halloween specials sometimes were pretty scary(the gruesome cafeteria one comes to mind), and the Bart's comet episode really hammered down that apocalyptic feeling. Knowing the answer to all the plothooks makes the episodes lose a lot of their impact. To be innocent ans simpsonless again.
Thank you people for knowing which are the good times of The Simpsons
note: I say they're good up to season 8 or 9, and acceptable/watchable up to 12.

That looks like the episode where Homer and Seymour were in jury duty, but that scene wasn't in the episode. Deleted scene, maybe?
I just wish the series torrents included the dvd bonuses like the deleted scenes, maybe a couple of directors commentary tracks or interesting ads.

1, 9, certain episodes from 10-13
>Holy shit what happened tier
14-24
Last three seasons have been between a 0 at the stinker episodes and a so-so 7 at best(actually a solid 9 for this seasons Halloween themed episode, not the Treehouse of Terror one). Of course that is just [spoiler]my opinion[/nospoilershere]
>>938343
Kind of hits me in the feels, sadly.
>>937742
at least we'll always have our memories
>>938039
It's probably better he didn't live to see how shitty The Simpsons are now.

the length of that is going to make it rather tricky, However since there are multiple scenes, would you be opposed to splitting it into two parts?

Lost episodes: remember that time Homer snuck into Bart's room in the middle of the night and fucked him?
>>940996
I'd punch Danny DeVito out a window too.
>>941678
I am so perplexed by this clip. And aroused.
This thread has made me so happy, then so sad that they will never be this good again. I honestly haven't watched an episode in 8-9 years, but they were such a huge part of my childhood.

I don't know why, but the simple, emotionless stare Bart gives Homer gets me every time.
>>936277
Thank you. I've been looking for this scene for a long time.
>>946481
I like to imagine kids these days watching these and being thoroughly confused about Skinner being a pimp
>>945842
1st season marge always looks a bit uncanny valley
>>943677
My guess is that's the episode where Marge was in prison and absent from a bake sale to fund a statue of Abe Lincoln. They came up just short by the money she would have brought in, so they could only afford a statue of Jimmy Carter. Upon the reveal of the statue, the town riots.

Damnit, some-one explained that this was a really clever joke, but I forgot. Help a man out?
>>950978
Rashomon is a movie about several people recounting the same event (the murder of a man's wife). The joke is really clever because each character's views differ greatly in the film, much like how Marge thought Homer liked Rashoman when he remembers the same event differently.
Though a buddy of mine swears it's funny because it apparently hints that Homer wants to rape and murder Marge.
>>950978
From Rashomon's wiki:
"The film is known for a plot device that involves various characters providing alternative, self-serving and contradictory versions of the same incident."
>>938400
It's not Simpsons, but it still made me laugh
>>945878
I kind of liked these looks into bart's psyche.
This, the president one and there's another i'm sure.
>>951631
I love the animation in this scene

>>946481
I love skinner being a badass.
>>938426
yeah caught the halloween episode (halloween of horror). Easily the most heartfelt, down to earth quality simpsons episode I've seen in years, with some funny moments to boot. I tried watching a couple more in this season (the valentines one for example) and they were unwatchable. There was something special about that one

Considering the rate of failed businesses and the hundreds of businesses Donald owns that haven't failed makes that quip invalid.
