Thanks, i'd do some more of the earlier seasons but I found that the quality of the downloads is a lot worse than I thought it would be, looked a lot better on my tv.
think this is my last one.
Sunny saved me from depression. I watch it every time I'm on a downer. Always helps.
This is one of the few sadist shows that I can stand because I never feel sorry for the characters.

You know "Sweet Dee has a heart attack" wasn't hyping me up because it had Dee on the name but it's clearly just plain the best episode of anything i've ever seen, it's a fucking masterpiece. Every second of this episode has a joke packed in that's just pure brilliance, the flew over cuckoo's nest reference, pepe silvia, the dennis and dee workout routine with the steve winwood, it's just the greatest 30 minutes ever filmed.
Let's not even talk about Charlie.

Out of context, I see how this fits into the "Sunny has devolved in just yelling" complaint.
But in the context of the show, where Mac is a character with repressed homosexual urges he hides due to his religious upbringing and manifests as hyper masculine behavior, that immediate outburst is meant to show how thin his constant veneer is, and how fragile his self esteem is.
They went deeper into it during the psychiatrist episode.
