The only slow option I have for slower playback is .5 speed. Now, if that's the case for you, let's say 10 is the original speed. OP sped it up by 1.5. Speed is now 15. Multiplied by .5 is 7.5 speed. You could also chalk it up to reduction in quality through the encoding process.

yeah, webms without video stream would be nice, but it's not really a constraint. on proper audio webms you can have a nice static image showing and the video will still comprise less than 20% of file size. if you go monochrome, it's even less but ugly. your webm has 2% video and 98% audio. video does not matter, stop complaining.

let's analyse that for a second. 320kbps are 320.000 bits per second. 2 megabytes are 16.000.000 bits. 16.000/320 = 50. 50 seconds. if there was no video stream, you could make a whopping 50s of pure audio at 320 kbps.
also, do you even have a clue about Vorbis? 320 kbps is bonkers in Vorbis. Vorbis is not a shit codec like mp3, you don't need such ridiculous bitrates to achive the same quality. on stereo at 44.1 kHz i don't really hear a difference to source material at -qscale:a 2 (96 kbps), if you want to be safe, go -qscale:a 3 (112 kbps), but that's the most you'll ever need.

you create a black source video directly in ffmpeg, you specify the source audio, you apply the atempo filter speeding it up and output everything as the finished webm. you can do your complete workflow in a single line of text. why do you need 3 different programmes?
