Don't know if you'll see this but in the episode this clip is referencing Pacifica (a rich spoiled girl) finally realizes her family are horrible people who don't care for her own happiness or the well being of others. The events of the episode are sort of a last straw moment that makes her stand up to her parents and presumably become a decent human being. It was also massive fuel for the DipperxPacifica shippers.
