Then he should just turn the video bitrate down and keep the res at 480x270 or something. Nobody cares if the video quality is shitty when the webm is being posted for its audio anyway.
You can give a 360p video stream only like 50 kbps bitrate and it will still look great as long as it's just a still image/slideshow.
Resolution barely matters in threads like this; people should at least make it big enough so that you can use the seek/volume bars
