Most recent example is in season 6 episode 4 when Morgan and dude i can't remember name of is training, a walker comes by and trainer tells Morgan to take it.
Morgan turns around and sees that it's the dude he choked in an earlier episode and he freezes, then this "wise ass zen master" runs up, turns his back to the walker and pushes Morgan away instead of actually just hitting the walker. Then he's bitten.
