This guy, Tmartn, is a popular youtuber. He's been using CS Lotto, a gambling site related to CSGO. He's also been promoting it, and acting as if he'd found it recently. Turns out that he actually owns the site, and has been lying about not being affiliated with it.
This webm is proof that he's using a bot for the site to gamble, meaning that he's the dealer and the gambler. He's literally stealing money from people that are using his site.
