Hey guys. ITT we will explain why we like the papes we save (and maybe even stare at, and why we do that just "because"). Post a pape that you really like and say eg. Why do you like it? What memories does it bring? Does said pape illustrate who you want to be? I'll start with an example of a pape I really like.
OP here. This pape really speaks to me because it illustrates who I want to be, it would be my perfect end game right now. I love the idea of finally being able to understand my struggles, and who I am, and just being able o live with that by myself. I'll post some other favourites to start up the thread

used an image upscaler thing to make that picture larger, usually try to post it whenever i see the tiny version. i don't think it lost much quality

i like this pape because it is about one of my favorite games of all time. Persona 4 is different from any game i have ever played
it takes me to a place thats just a small nice town in the country side , the music is amazing , the theme of friendship and building bonds is something i never truly appreciated much in my own life until i played this game
.Also admitting one's true self to gain power is a theme I really appreciate and encourage with people I know
I also want to go to Japan one day
PERSONA

I see. Never played the game myself but I have a friend who loves it. Go to Japan, and make Japan come to you ;)

Cozy right?
I like this wallpaper because it just gives a nice reminder how small us humans are in this world.

This image is more me than any other I've ever seen.
You wouldn't know it to look at me of course, I'm just some doofy looking dad but... all of my idle time, 100% of it, is spent in deep contemplation of what it is to exist, of what it means for time to pass, of the nature of inhabiting a collection of atoms all vibrating against one another in a pattern... and of other ways I might be able to push my perception of reality...
None of my friends are interested in this conversation... so... I stand a bit isolated in this starfield.

It does put matters into perspective
I like this image for a couple reasons but mainly because it seems to fit my life.
i'm always the one working and building something, and it reminds me to keep doing that and try to be the greatest there was. It's not playing around and trying to inspire you with fancy words or images. It's saying to do something and do it now, thats why i like it.

I totally relate to that. I remember an anon here on /wg/ saying "its about learning how to be alone, but not lonely"
i really like the pepe because he is just so generally desperate looking which reminds me of myself in man situations and he is smoking normies cigarettes which simultaneosly symbolises that he destroys them and that they are killing him on the long run which again reminds me of myself so I guess you could say it's one of my favourite pepes

That hit close to home.
One day I'll visit at least one of the papes I have saved in real life, it's on my "bucket list".
Thanks for sharing that anon.
