i bought a Huawei Ascend Mate 7, today. I´m searching for wallpapers and I wanted to know for which size I need to search and could you post your favorite smartphone wallpaper.

If by size you mean resolution, then your phone's display is a 1920x1080 display.
As for the wallpaper, I typically go for something like this where there is a central focal point to it, and then I arrange everything around that.
If I recall correctly you should double your width since you'll be scrolling through homescreens
