When using windows you should use .png files for wallpapers and not .jpg, modern Windows all the way up to windows 10 does this stupid thing where your current wallpaper gets copied and saved as a .jpg and gets more artifacts and noise from being compressed again.

I don't know man, all I see when searching for windows wallpaper compression is having to use a png to get less artifacts aside from having to move the jpg to the folder where windows sticks its copy at or revoking write access.

It's pretty easy to understand.
Open an image editor and make something random, then save it as a PNG and as a JPG.
Non-shit image editors should give you compression options when saving as JPG, select the smallest amount of compression.
The JPG version will be sharper than the PNG version. I've tried and tested this myself when I was still using windows.

You can't remove titlebars in windows without a third party program like ahk or vista style builder for custom themes. Microsoft doesn't allow that level of first party customization.
If you remove title bars, how do you drag around open windows? You'll have to get alt+drag.exe that allows you to hold down alt and click anywhere on a window to move it, a function that's from linux.
For image viewers you need to edit their configuration files if they let you.

Windows still takes any .jpg and disregards the compression level because it compresses it again when you set it as a wallpaper. Look at the windows 10 default wallpaper and compare it to source. It's pretty bad image quality.

It doesn't compress JPG images any further (at least on windows 7), I have tested this myself.
When I got new wallpapers (PNG files), I always converted them to JPG, which looked a lot better.

No the .rc is what matters, if it doesn't work moving it to your folder then bbLean has probably been updated and no longer works with it, it's really not necessary anyway you can probably remake it by editing your own.
Exercise is seriously the easiest way for anyone to look instantly better and feel great about themselves.
I, too, used to feel miserable about myself and spent all my time on the computer living for literally nothing else other than the next day. Everything seemed out of reach and unattainable.
But, I discovered exactly why boards like /fit/ are so large. The power of whatever forces cause exercise to feel so amazing is something you guys need to experience. It almost creates an infinite feedback loop whereby it seems easier and easier to get fit.
Please, at-least attempt this guide every night this week and then, if you want to learn more and look and feel amazing, head on over to /fit/ and just lurk a little.

How can I make this more easier/accessible to use?
I know it's pretty ugly, but I don't wanna use columns UI because I just find it difficult to use. Is there any way I could make this really good looking without doing anything ultra complicated. Some advice would be awesome.
