Bit of a strange request, but I want to print a phone wallpaper to use as my phone case. I've got some spare decent quality photo paper, but it's only A4.
So basically, what I want is for this to be resized, so that it takes up certain dimensions on the A4 piece of paper, but with the rest of print as white space. Anyone help me out?

My idea was that for half of the pape (the right half), there would be the nigger on the money, and then the other half would be just the cash repeated. I tried doing it myself but couldn't do it without it looking like garbage.

There's a strip at the top of this, just below the black bar, that's slightly off color compared to the rest of the image. It's like they misaligned a filter that was meant to darken everything and it missed just that bit of the picture. Just fix that up, preferably without changing anything about the image other than that small strip.
