The icons are a bit difficult to make out from the background.
I recommend darkening the wallpaper by putting a black transparent layer on top of it or switching to a darker one.

Not quite. If you use nova launcher and zooper widget pro, you can get close. This is what I made. The clock part of the dock are off, but all the buttons work.
Im content with it for now. The weather icon looks to empty and the clock one is a little to big. But all in all I like it.

Maybe play with it a little. Try and work with it some more. Add and remove. Maybe but some unbordered blur boxes behind the text. Right now it looks too barebones(whether that is intentional or not). Like, you're still in the frame stage, build on it to really flesh it out. I see potential, also I like the paper.
