I loved the entire show but the ending wasn't very good it seemed rushed sadly.

Gravity Falls peaked midway through S2 with the big Ford reveal. Literally the whole show had been working towards that rather than a big finale with Bill, so naturally the big finale with Bill felt flat.
I *did* like the part where Stan just punched him out of existance though.
