Does anyone know how to do some "Simple" editing that can teach or do this for me?I want total this picture, and edit the colors of the lights to look like the next pic in this thread.

This is a really quick job, but in case you want to re-do it yourself and tweak something, the idea is basically this:
Take your image and turn the saturation down all the way. Make another layer with something similar to this image. Where you place your gradients will obviously change the image. Then set that layer's blend mode to overlay (google it). And you're done.

Just type on yt "how to make rainbow smoke on gimp" (for example) cuz it can be done it the same way
