Hate to say it, but it's VERY crude. Nothing really distinguishes it from being a picture of a model slashed to death with a Microsoft Paint pen tool. More definition surrounding the lines,a darker red, some glow coming from said red, and blended red makeup would make all the difference. Long story short: Get photoshop.

The image they want to upsacale is already 1920 wide. so either they are stretching it, or they just put black bars on the top and bottom.
