If you have Windows 10 (don't know about previous versions) you can save loads of art and set your desktop as a slideshow to change once a day, not sure what you could do about the context however

You don't even need 10 for this. This has been a thing since vista. Right click desktop, click personalize, then it should be pretty intuitive from there.
