So I'm trying to put together this visual aesthetic I've had in my head for a while but have never been really able to pin down. It mostly revolves around urban settings in the late 90s and early 2000s, with an emphasis on cooler northern cities (toronto/new york/london/seattle) things with sleek and dark appearances. Higher end to more toned down classic fashions. Dusk/rain. october through april. undertones of cyberpunk and goth in some cases. international appearances as well, airports on some japanese imagery (not tacky like vaporwave japanese) ive included some non wallpapers for reference

i guess neo noir is a good description for it, but i clearly remember several movies from my time frame that distinctly have an aesthetic like this, but for the life of me i cant put my finger on a single one, im 18 for reference
