Yes, these aren't ISIL, these are Islamic Jihad.
Both are murderous terror groups, but while ISIL wants to expand to the whole world (as Caliphate), Islamic Jihad (Full name is obviously Islamic Jihad Movement In Palestine) narrows itself to fighting in the middle east alone.
Another MAJOR difference between the two is that Islamic Jihad are Shi'a muslims (such as Iran), while ISIL are Sunni and Salafist muslims, and the two branches of muslims hate each other and hurt each other every now and then.

ISIL are a very special branch of salafists, they're takfiri that means they believe in martyrdom (suicide bombing etc...) and prone holy war to put in place shariah law everywhere.
