Its just gnome 3 whatever, with gnome extensions, shell theme "Lexis" (forget where got, it splits the date/applications/etc on top so its not a solid bar.) Then I use Docky, and Conky (with conky manager), and some new icons for the docky (by associating applications with the new icons.)

its by default in your blackbox bar, if its not go to blackboxbar.rc and enable 'blackboxbar.item: tray by removing the ! after that you can simply ctrl+right click on your tray and choose which icons to keep (not that guy but i use blackbox too)
