The red line to the side is poorly put together and in general all of the elements of the image are low resolution. The star and especially bear need to be a higher resolution or it's gonna look bad. In my opinion the white is too white and could be warmed up a bit but that's a personal preference thing. Not crazy about the composition, the star and the bear are too far away and the negative space between them is too small to be interesting and too far away to look good. Perhaps a larger star? Also why cut off the edge of the bear's jaw but leave a good half inch of space after the snout? It would look better if the bear were pushed to the right a bit more. Never cut off the snout of course because then you ruin your silhouette, but there's no need for negative space in front of the profile of the bear when the image is vertical.
The biggest thing is the resolution though, the image quality is going to suffer a lot without higher resolution basic images.

but I did try my hand at improving it.
I upscaled, changed the composition, tweeked the colors, and added the green border. I think the green really helps the color palette.
Here's a tip, if you want to use common icons/imagery in a photo, search for an svg of what you need. use gimp to render it in the size you need.
