Wallpapers that you made
This is a bit different than the 3d shit I usually do, but a friend asked me to do this one.
It's a bifurcation diagram of a logistics map (not really sure what the details of it is, but my friend is an astrophysics major so he knows).
It's apparently based on chaos or something. Personally, I just think it's interesting to look at.
Truth be told this was pretty easy, wikipedia has a pretty high resolution version of the basic graph that I used.
Maybe you guys could find a use for it.

This is one of my most recent ones. Someone commissioned it because they wanted something done at 3440x1440. I usually don't do this size so it was pretty cool working with something this wide.
It might be too big for some of you, but it's big enough to be cropped I think.
Also, it was my first paid commission, so I'm pretty excited about that.

Here's a little accompanying pape that happened by accident (sort of).
To add a bit of glow on the wireframe models, I like to render out a separate image with just the wireframe itself, and use it as a mask in photoshop. This is essentially the render/mask. I thought it actually looked pretty cool and good enough to be a stand alone pape.

>Make a 2 pixel high by 1 pixel wide photoshop document
>Make one pixel black
>Select all
>edit->define pattern (name it whatever)
>Go into the image you want scanlines on. At the bottom of the layers area where you make new layers, click the half shaded circle.
>Pattern -> select the interlace pattern you just made
Set the blending mode to something like multiply or screen. Play with the opacity.
It's really easy.
If you want bigger scanlines, just make a taller pattern (e.g. 2 black pixels, 2 white).

made this monster hunter wp ages ago. took a painted environment off deviantart and the character drawing and mashed em together. was a fun project for sure. the original artists probably weren't too impressed though -shrug-
and my other wallpaper mashup. added the bird in, original was just text+background graphic
