Lately I have been reading the action packed Omega Force series of books by Joshua Dalzelle. It's kind of a Firefly/BSG mashup, great fun. The main character often dons an armored suit for protection while going planet side, so I am looking for something with a sci fi high tech type feel.

But it's not the same. Some of those wallpapers have nothing inherently wrong with them, just that people don't like them.
Now look at the OP wallpaper, it has effort put into it, clearly someone wanted to make something cool, yet they failed and ended up with utter shit.
this is the worst, cringiest wallpaper I have. I am a literal autist and a huge st:tng fan and I can't even stand it, so it's gotta be pretty bad.
but it is nowhere near as grating and punchable as the word "papes." so, you have my thanks for not using it.
