After all this time I JUST marathoned the BERSERK anime. I am a HUGE manga fan and i decided that I would read the manga from where the anime was cut off. I noticed that there was more after the part where they were rescuing Griffith. There was like some dog monsters and some giant cock dude. I was really hoping we can get a beyond epic thread going here. Berserk is now my favorite anime /manga and im in the process of trying to get caught up! Please post anything you can! Welcome to berserk fandom... one day you'll come to understand that the wait is part of the struggle. I recommend rereading as there are even a few points that address themes of time passing and the way it shapes emotions/motivations. As a prime example I suggest when Guts returns to his blacksmith for the last time, he sits in his room, and there he contemplates the worth of his journey. For us this is also a battle as we know this motivation and the feeling that tore through our protagonist, he revitalizes the rage within him, realizing that it will never completely slumber until Griffith's head is severed before him... and even then question mark.
