I'm talking about top-left part of letter F and top-right part of letter T slightly cutting the circle of the red sign. Like entire "Fire Hydrant" line should be couple mm lower. If someone could provide a timestamp I could try to find it without the typesetting.

If you look at the bottom right, you'll see that the edge of the circle is cut there too - it's part of the sign itself. It's not from typesetting, in fact there's a good chance the english is in the original too.

I just checked, and it's indeed part of the image, not a subtitle.
